One of Telugu cinema’s biggest leads — on screen from Chirutha (2007), then Magadheera (2009), Rangasthalam (2018) and S. S. Rajamouli’s RRR (2022), which carried him to audiences well outside India. He is the son of Chiranjeevi. His most recent release is Peddi (2026), directed by Buchi Babu Sana with music by A. R. Rahman. Off duty he dresses much plainer than the films suggest: one flat colour on top, a soft collarless shape, worn jeans, and no jewellery at all.
