Brick-rose micro-check, gold zari border, violet pallu and a plain violet blouse
This one is not a costume, and not an event either. It is from Meera Jasmine's own saree photoshoot, shared on her Instagram around 1 October 2026: a forest, a long braid strung with orange kanakambaram, and one handloom saree.
The saree is a muted brick-rose, and up close the colour is a fine check woven from orange-red and violet threads, which is why it reads dusty rather than bright. A narrow gold zari band edged in violet runs along the border, and the pallu is solid violet with thin gold stripes. She wears it with a plain royal-violet blouse, elbow-length sleeves and a low scoop neck, and stacks of plain violet and black glass bangles on both wrists.
No label has been confirmed. The clip that circulated names a small saree label and a price, but we could not find that saree on any brand page, so we are not printing it.
What is not a piece: the flowers in her hair, the thin gold chain and the gold drop earrings. All three are too plain to match honestly.
Below are two pieces we picked ourselves. The saree comes with its own violet blouse piece, so the blouse is covered in one purchase. Each card says where it falls short.
