The Soft Caress rose saree

This one is not a costume. It is Shruti Haasan arriving at an airport — stepping out of a car, then walking the terminal — in footage that went round in late September 2026. Nobody has reported which airport or which day, so we are not going to guess.

What we can name is the saree, because the label is confirmed. It is the Soft Caress saree from Surmaye, listed by the brand as "Soft Caress Pink Saree" at ₹22,500 — and in stock on Surmaye's own site when this page was built. That is the brand's price, read off its own store, not the one printed on the clip that circulated, although the two agree.

We know it is the same saree because of the print. Surmaye describes it as a watercolour drawn from the ranunculus, and that is exactly what you see on her: concentric roses sketched in thin lines of pink and lilac, spaced loosely over a pale blush organza with a slight sheen. The brand's own close-up and our frame of her pallu show the same flowers at the same scale.

The blouse is a different story, and it is worth being precise. The print is Surmaye's — small yellow and blue pansy sprigs on pale pink, from the brand's Sisterhood Sonnet line. The clip names the "Sisterhood Sonnet Pink Blouse", but that one is a sleeveless waistcoat. Hers has short, slightly puffed sleeves, a small shirt collar and a front opening, which is the Sisterhood Sonnet Collar Blouse cut — and Surmaye only lists that in mauve and seafoam. So we cannot point you at a listing for the exact blouse, and we are not going to pretend otherwise.

The rest is simple: pearl-drop earrings, a short sparkling necklace, hair half-up in a clip, a brown tote over one shoulder. None of it is clear enough to shop.
