Our pick under ₹900 — plain red pure-cotton saree, blouse piece included
Lookalike of the piece Pearle Maaney wore.

If ₹2,500 is more than you want to spend on a saree you will wear to work, this is the one that reads closest. It gets the two things that carry the look from across a room: the same deep true red rather than the maroons and rusts most cotton sarees settle for, and the same thin matte handloom cotton that drapes in soft folds. It is scattered with tiny gold sequins that stand in for the zari dashes, has fine gold lines through the pallu, and finishes in a tasselled edge. Myntra photograph it on a model wearing a green blouse, which is the exact pairing on this page. It also comes with its own pure-cotton blouse piece, which the Suta does not. One real difference, and it is the one that defines the original: this has a self-toned red border with a gold line, where hers has a broad dark olive-grey band. If the contrast border is the part you love, buy the Suta.
We do not sell this piece. Every link goes to the seller’s own site, where the price and stock are decided. This is a lookalike, not the garment worn on screen.
