A lead since the early 2000s, and one of the very few Tamil stars who has kept playing ordinary men at the height of his fame. His costumes tend to be whatever the character would actually own — a shirt from a shop, trousers that fit, nothing styled to be noticed. When he does wear something sharp, as here, it is worn deliberately badly: collar open, tie dragged loose.
