Our pick under ₹450 — plain cream kasavu, handloom pure cotton
Lookalike of the piece Tamannaah Bhatia wore.

The closer of our two on the one thing that actually defines this look: the width of the gold. Her border is a flat unbroken zari band about two fingers across, and this one is the same proportion, where most cheap kasavu sarees run a thin line instead. Plain cream ground, no motifs, no temple edge, handloom pure cotton, and it comes with its own blouse piece and gold tassels on the pallu. Two differences worth knowing before you buy. Hers has the soft sheen of a tissue blend and falls in loose folds that lift when she turns; this is a matte pure cotton that sits heavier and creases more. And her blouse has a gold band at the elbow cuff and a deep square back closed with a tie string, which no included blouse piece will give you — that part you would have to have stitched.
